What facilities are available?

We have full bathroom facilities available for use before, during or after class including shower, toilet and beauty station.

It’s my first class, how early should I arrive?

If it’s your first class, we ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class starting time. This gives our instructors the chance to give you a quick break-down of the class and the types of exercises you’ll be performing.

What do I need to bring to class?

We encourage you to bring a water bottle and towel for our classes. However, if you forget either of these items, water can be purchased at the studio and extra towels are available.

How important is it for me to book my spot?

Very important! We strongly encourage you to book a spot for classes as it helps the trainings prepare. Booking your spot will help your trainers’ provide you with the best training experience possible. On arrival, we also ask that you check yourself in for OHS as this will serve as our roll in the unlikely event of an emergency.

What happens if I book a spot, but fail to come to class?

If you book a spot, but do not attend the class, you will be charged a dishonour fee of $5. Most of our classes, especially our weekend classes, typically fill to capacity. If you book a spot, but fail to come, this could have been allocated to someone else. If you do book in and realise that you are unable to attend, you can cancel your spot up to 30 minutes prior to class starting. I’ve never tried HIIT before, will it be hard?

In short, your first class will always the hardest. However, we promise it will get easier as you grow fitter, stronger and healthier.

If  you are just getting back into the exercise game, we will always offer a variety of options for different levels of fitness, so feel free to work at your own pace.

How many calories will I burn during a class?

How many calories you burn will depend on a variety of factors including fitness level, type of class and how hard you push yourself. However, in our 60 minute classes you will typically burn between 300-600 calories, in our 45 minute classes you will burn 350-500 calories and in our Restore classes you’ll burn 100 calories.

Is there childcare available?

Yes, childcare is available during our 9am classes for $2 per child.

Is there parking available?

Yes, signed parking is available right outside our studio doors.

Do you offer PT sessions as well as classes?

Yes, PT sessions are included under our Premium Membership package (which entitles you to unlimited classes per week and one PT session).
